Order processing duration:

• Multicoated and UV420 lenses: 3-5 working days
• Progressives and other custom lenses: up to 10 working days

Please note that processing days exclude weekends and Singapore holidays.

Shipping duration: 2-3 working days (Local), 15 business days (Overseas)

Changing Shipping Address

If you need to change your shipping address, please notify us as soon as possible. Once the package is in transit, changes cannot be made.

International Duties/Customs

Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes. The recipient is responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes imposed by their country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as they are determined by the destination country's customs policies.

Shipping Fees

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes situations where a shipment is returned due to customs issues, clearance delays, or rejected entry at the destination country. As these charges are incurred by third-party logistics providers and customs authorities, they are not recoverable once the parcel has been dispatched.
