Appointment (Superlens – TikTok Live)

This appointment booking is only for those who purchased through TikTok Live.

Please note the following before making a booking:
1. Kindly adhere to the allocated time when you visit our retail store. Appointments that are missed past 15mins are considered cancelled. To change your appointment, do let us know 24 hours prior.
2. There might be some delays due to the high volume of orders/appointments – do give yourself some buffer time on top of the appointment duration.
3. If you are a first-time wearer, it will take longer than the 30mins/pax duration set for this appointment. We are, however, unable to tell you the exact time required as it depends on individuals – a follow-up session might also be required. Our Optometrist will advise you further.
4. We seek your understanding and patience throughout the process. We will do our best to make each contact lens fitting appointment as efficient as we can.
